Terms of Service

The rules and expectations for using KINGDOM.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kingdomjoin.com, the KINGDOM mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by QUAST VENTURES LLC ("KINGDOM," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@kingdomjoin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or impersonating information.

4. Outreach Profiles and Usernames

KINGDOM provides outreach profiles and shareable pages to help you share the Gospel. You are responsible for the content on your profile and outreach page. Usernames and profile URLs must not impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or mislead users about your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or disable usernames or outreach pages that violate these Terms or create confusion, abuse, or security risk.

5. Acceptable Use and Community Standards

KINGDOM is a faith-centered platform for Gospel sharing, prayer, discipleship, and Christian community. You agree to use the Service in a manner that honors God and respects others. You may not:

  • Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Share illegal content or promote unlawful activity
  • Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful material
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Spam, scrape, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized areas, or interfere with the Service
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party
  • Use the Service to exploit, manipulate, or deceive other users
  • Collect or harvest personal information from users without consent

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these standards or harm the community, at our sole discretion.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("User Content"), including testimonies, devotionals, prayer requests, Gospel shares, photos, and outreach materials.

By submitting User Content, you grant QUAST VENTURES LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and share your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service and to fulfill our Gospel mission, including displaying your content on your outreach page, in community feeds, and in features you enable (such as public prayer walls or shared Gospel cards).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

7. Gospel Content Is Always Free

Core Gospel content and faith-sharing tools on KINGDOM are provided free of charge. We do not offer premium subscriptions, paywalls, or paid tiers for access to Gospel content, devotionals, prayer features, or outreach tools.

Optional paid offerings, such as Mission Wear merchandise and voluntary donations, support platform operations and outreach but do not unlock Gospel content behind a paywall.

8. Prayer Wall and Visibility

Prayer features may allow you to choose visibility settings, such as public, friends-only, or private, where available. You are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility for sensitive content. Public prayer requests may be visible to other users and indexed within the Service.

Do not post prayer requests containing personal information about third parties without their consent.

9. Mission Wear Orders

Mission Wear is a print-on-demand merchandise offering that may include personalized outreach materials such as QR codes linking to your profile. Product availability, pricing, shipping times, and fulfillment are subject to change. Orders are processed through third-party providers including Stripe for payment and Printful for production and shipping.

You are responsible for reviewing product previews, sizing information, and shipping details before purchase. Customized items may not be eligible for return except as required by law or where a product defect or fulfillment error occurs.

10. Donations

KINGDOM may accept voluntary donations to support ministry, platform operations, and outreach. Donations are processed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated at the time of donation, donations are generally non-refundable. Tax treatment of donations depends on your jurisdiction and our organizational status. We do not provide tax advice.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction:

  • Donations: generally final and non-refundable unless required by law or processed in error.
  • Mission Wear: defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Custom or personalized items may not be returnable.

12. Intellectual Property and DMCA

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content provided by KINGDOM, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for User Content you own, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to hello@kingdomjoin.com including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its location, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Clerk, Supabase, Stripe, PostHog, Printful, OpenAI, Resend, and Apple MapKit JS. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

KINGDOM is a technology platform for Christian community and Gospel sharing. We do not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes, and content shared by users does not represent official theological guidance from KINGDOM unless explicitly labeled as such.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAST VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUAST VENTURES LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QUAST VENTURES LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and apply to the Service operated by QUAST VENTURES LLC. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
